During this adventure, you will navigate 17 km of the Manso Inferior River enjoying the immensity of the National Park.

 

ITINERARY:

Starting from Bariloche, we head south for approximately 60 km along Route 40, a paved route where you can enjoy the landscape of lakes and mountains. Upon reaching the entrance to Lake Steffen, we will deviate along a gravel road for approximately 10 km until we reach the headwaters of the Manso River, our boarding point. There, the guides will provide you with the necessary equipment to carry out the trip. Once equipped, you will receive a safety briefing and then get on the raft where the fun begins!

The first navigation route is very calm, allowing you to fully enjoy the landscape and the fauna of the place. Trout and birds such as kingfishers, great bustards, herons and chimangos will accompany us for much of the trip.

After 40 minutes of navigation, we will stop for lunch on the banks of the river. Lunch will consist of an abundant table of cold cuts, smoked meats, cakes and fruit. After recharging our energy we will resume navigation. From here, the Manso becomes more and more exciting. Uvasal, Banda de Billar, Diente de Hipopótamo, Montaña Rusa and Roca Magnética are some of the rapids that we will navigate.

During the summer months, the brave ones can cool off by swimming in the crystal clear pools of the river. Finally, after approximately 3 hours of navigation, we will arrive at the Lanfré family farm where you can dry off and change before sharing a delicious snack. After having that we will return to Bariloche with a new exciting tale to share with family and friends.

*Important: This trip is sold as an exclusive service, the fee accounts for the whole raft (10 passengers max) not per person. 

**Important: The included transport contemplates the pick up in the city center of Bariloche and in a radius of 8 km to the west (Llao Llao area). People staying outside that 8km radius may also make use of this transport service but an extra fee will be charged based on exceeded distance.
